The whole Skagit Valley is sharing a meal: a bilingual Mass in the field across from Immaculate Conception in Mount Vernon at 1 p.m., with a potluck after it, a snow cone machine, races, a bingo scavenger hunt, face painting, crafts and prizes. The parishes would like a rough head count, so there is a sign-up sheet in the narthex and at coffee hour.
