Sixth annual World Mission Rosary and international potluck

October 17, 2026

St. Matthew, 1240 NE 127th Ave, Seattle

Archbishop Fulton Sheen created the World Mission Rosary in 1951; its five colors call to mind Africa, Asia, Oceania, Europe and the Americas, and it prays for conversion and world peace. Parishioners pray it in their own languages, wearing traditional dress if they wish, and an international potluck lunch follows in the community center, so bring a favorite dish from your culture. Sign up by October 4 to lead a Hail Mary in another language, and by October 11 to attend or to bring a dish. Scan the bulletin QR code, see Prisca or Sao, or call the parish office [see the parish website for more information](http://www.stmatthewseattle.org/).
